Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the GKAI Core platform (“GKAI Core,” “Core,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Core, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

1. Definitions

• Partner: Any business or professional entity granted access to the GKAI Core platform.
• Core: The GKAI Core digital platform operated by GKA Inc.
• Access: Permission to view or interact with Core features made available at a given time.
• Subscription: A paid or provisioned access arrangement, if offered.

2. Eligibility

GKAI Core is intended for business-to-business use only. By accessing the Core, you represent that you are acting in a professional or organizational capacity.

3. Purpose of the Platform

GKAI Core provides a centralized platform for professional access, coordination, and information delivery as made available by GKA Inc. GKAI Core does not act as a lender, broker, financial advisor, fiduciary, or intermediary in any transaction.

4. Access & Subscriptions

Access to GKAI Core may be granted through invitation, approval, or subscription. Features, availability, and access scope may change over time.

• Credential sharing is prohibited
• Access may be modified, suspended, or revoked at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

• No unauthorized access, scraping, automation, or reverse engineering
• No misuse, misrepresentation, or unlawful use of platform content
• No interference with platform security, integrity, or availability

6. Communications

GKAI Core is an email-first platform. Operational communications, notices, and support are delivered via email, primarily through [email protected].

GKAI Core does not operate an SMS messaging program unless explicitly introduced with separate disclosures and consent.

7. No Warranty

GKAI Core is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GKA Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to use of GKAI Core.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, security concerns, or operational necessity.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Relationship to Other Policies

These Terms operate in conjunction with the GKAI Core Privacy Policy and any other applicable platform policies.
