SMS Terms of Use

These SMS Terms apply only if GKAI Core explicitly introduces a future SMS notification feature with separate opt-in consent and published disclosures. Until such time, no SMS enrollment occurs through use of the GKAI Core platform.

1. Scope

These terms govern any SMS communications, if offered in the future, between GKAI Core (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and professional users of the GKAI Core platform (“Partners”). Borrower communications and Partner onboarding communications are governed by separate GKAI Capital policies.

2. Opt-In Requirement

SMS messages will be sent only if a Partner provides explicit, affirmative SMS consent through a dedicated Core-specific opt-in flow. Calling or emailing GKAI Core does not constitute SMS consent.

3. Message Purpose

If enabled, SMS messages would be strictly operational and limited to platform administration notices, service availability alerts, or security-related notifications. SMS would not be used for marketing, prospecting, or promotional messaging.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency would vary based on system activity and Partner interactions, and would be disclosed at the time of opt-in.

5. Cost

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. GKAI Core would not charge additional SMS fees.

6. Opt-Out

If SMS is enabled, Partners may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out confirmation may be sent.

7. Privacy & Records

We do not sell or share phone numbers or SMS consent data. Opt-in and opt-out records would be retained solely for operational and regulatory compliance purposes.

8. Relation to Other Policies

These SMS Terms operate in conjunction with the GKAI Core Privacy Policy. Additional terms may apply if new communication features are introduced.
